What is Wedding Day Coordination

A Wedding Day Coordinator is a bit different than a “Wedding Planner” or “Venue Coordinator.” As day-of coordinators, we work directly with you leading up to and during the day of the wedding. Your day going smoothly is our responsibility. Unlike a wedding planner, we generally do not fully plan your wedding (we leave that up to you), but rather help guide the couples during the planning process and enact that final plan on the wedding day. Our primary role is to help you create and adhere to detailed timelines for rehearsal, pre-ceremony preparations, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and decor breakdown thereafter. In addition to timeline creation, we will help with decor set up to match “the vision,” coordinate schedules with vendors, and keep the bride, groom, bridal party, and loved ones on schedule. There is NOTHING better than a wedding that is well coordinated- the couples and their guests truly appreciate it. Our job was well done if you spent your wedding day making memories with an open heart and full focus on your significant other, friends and loved ones. We’ll take care of the rest.
